This page applies to Fitto AI: Calorie Tracker, developed by Samipan Bandyopadhyay.
Option 1: delete in the app
- Open Fitto AI and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture at the top of the home screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Continue on the warning.
- Optionally tell us why you are leaving, then tap Delete account to confirm.
If you signed in with Apple, Fitto also revokes its access to your Apple ID.
Option 2: request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email mszsamip@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account", from the email address linked to your account. We reply within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 7 days. You can use the same email to ask for the retained records listed below to be erased as well.
What is deleted

What may be kept, and for how long

Retention periods follow the privacy policy. To have the records in this table erased sooner, where the law allows, email mszsamip@gmail.com.
Changed your mind?
Sign back in within 30 days of deleting. That cancels the deletion and restores your account as it was. After 30 days the account cannot be recovered.
Subscriptions and purchases
Fitto has no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Credit packs are one-time App Store purchases. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
