What Fitto AI does
Fitto AI logs meals from a photo, a voice note, a typed description or a barcode. Each log gives calories, protein, carbs and fat against a personal daily target. Streaks count days you log, whatever you ate, and trends show your week and your weight. It runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.1 or later.

Photo calorie counting
- Take a photo or pick one from your gallery. Fitto lists each food it recognizes with an estimated portion and calories.
- Every scan includes protein, carbs, fat and fiber. Macros are never a paid extra.
- Each item shows a confidence level, so you know which estimates to double-check.
- Edit anything before you log it. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Four ways to log
- Photo: 1 credit.
- Voice: say what you ate, for example "two scrambled eggs, toast and a black coffee". 1 credit.
- Text: type a description such as "medium chicken burrito bowl with guacamole". 1 credit.
- Barcode: scan packaged food to pull its label data from Open Food Facts. Always free.
Your day on one dial
- Calories in against your daily target, and what is left.
- Protein, carbs and fat against their own targets.
- A personal calorie target worked out from your age, height, weight, activity level and goal (lose, maintain or gain).
- Three small daily quests that reset every morning.
Streaks that never punish a heavy day
- A day counts when you log something. What you ate, and how much, has no effect on your streak.
- Earn a streak freeze every 7 days and hold up to 2. A freeze covers a missed day automatically.
- Free scans at 7, 30 and 100 days: 3, 10 and 25.
- Turn on notifications and get 3 free scans, once.
Weekly and monthly trends
- Daily, weekly and monthly views of calories and macros.
- Averages per day, and how many days you actually logged.
- Log your weight and follow the trend line rather than day-to-day swings.
- Full meal history, organized by day.
Ranks you keep
- 11 ranks, from Scout to Founder, earned with XP from logging.
- Ranks never drop back, even after a break.
Badges for showing up
- Badges are earned by logging, such as your first meal, coming back for a second, or a seven-day streak.
- None of them ask you to eat less, and none can be taken away.
Reminders that learn when you eat
- Meal reminders start at 08:30, 12:30, 19:00.
- Fitto looks at when you logged each meal over the last 45 days and moves that reminder to your usual time, rounded to 5 minutes.
- It waits until a meal has 5 logs and a steady routine: the middle half of those logs within 2 hours. Otherwise the reminder stays where it is.
- Set a time yourself and Fitto never moves it. Turn meal reminders off entirely in your profile.
- Other nudges follow the level you pick (gentle, standard or hard: at most 1, 3 or 4 a day), at least 90 minutes apart, and none between 22:00 and 7:00 except an evening warning when a streak is about to end.
Eats at about the same times every day, earlier than the defaults.
- Breakfast reminder moves from 08:30 to 07:05. 6 logs, the middle half within 15 minutes.
- Lunch reminder moves from 12:30 to 12:05. 6 logs, the middle half within 15 minutes.
- Dinner reminder moves from 19:00 to 18:20. 5 logs, the middle half within 15 minutes.
Try the streak rules

What Fitto does not do yet
No Apple Health sync, no exercise logging and no Android release yet. Fitto focuses on logging food quickly. If one of these matters to you, tell us.
